Real Results

Today I thought I would post some notes from two different visits off my session notepad.  This man had made some progress, but  had relapsed. When a person I am working with relapses, I dissect the event and help him discover what led to the relapse to prevent future relapses.  In the notes below, you will see that I have my clients rate the intensity of their feelings on a scale of 0-10, 10 being intense. You will notice on both days we identified emotions that had a very strong intensity. As we used a Christ-centered approach with EFT, we were able to clear the intense emotions around the relapse, and clear the triggers to the relapse. Included below are just the emotions, and the numbers. Typically you see the numbers start high before using EFT, and move down to zero, each number indicating how intense the emotion felt  after application of the EFT process. To have these numbers move from a 10 to a zero in one or two sessions is powerful, this process is amazing, and truly helps restore hope and freedom from porn. The man in these sessions is doing great now, not just because he has stayed clean for a while, but because he is no longer wrestling with the problem.  Pornography isn’t a problem for him now. He still needs to be careful, just as any man needs to be careful, but he has not desire for pornography at this point, so that makes it much easier to stay in safe places.
